After Axia worked with Great Destination Strategies, Total Destination Marketing and The Graham Group to brand Terrebonne Parish and its primary town of Houma, a parish-wide wayfinding program was developed to link Houma and smaller communities together as a unified destination experience. The program included a 4 phase process: assessment, concept generation, design development and bid documentation. The system included parish, community and district gateways, vehicular and pedestrian guides, information kiosks, street banners, bayou bridge identity signs and regulatory signs.
